Getting Rid of the New Jersey Bed Bug

New Jersey is known for attitude, and it seems the bed bugs taking residence in New Jersey are following suit. It is not an easy feat to get rid of the much hated NJ bed bug. Currently there is no chemical being manufactured that effectively kills the egg stage of the bed bug. NOTE: the best results are with steam based on results of head to head tests.

They like anything that is upholstered, such as couches, chairs and movie theatre seats. Edges of carpet are also a hot spot as well as small cracks and crevices that are found in bed frames, walls and floors. Bed bugs have also been found in cracks in wallpaper and in popcorn ceilings.

Bed bugs spread easily and are hard to target and terminate.
