| Work place drug tests are conducted randomly or to new employees during their induction. There has been controversy about drug testing and its infringement on privacy. It has not been officially studied by government research institutes or by the labor ministries how a drug test impacts on a company's productivity. There have been independent researchers who claim that there is an outstanding drop in absenteeism in companies that conduct drug tests. Even without the official figures, governments are backing the drug testing as a sub-set of the greater war on drugs. Actually, Forensic Science Agencies and anti-narcotics departments have collaborated with certain employers to conduct drug testing. Their main focus is on reducing the likelihood on claims from injuries at the work place. Drug abuse and injuries are correlated by the effect of poor motor skills, poor coordination and drowsiness brought on by taking drugs. Unbeknown to some employers, occasional drug users are passing drug tests by using clever tactics. This includes tactics against the saliva and urine test. Most of the concern lies with industrial workers, bus and train drivers and most significantly on medical personnel abusing drugs. The broad spectrums of occasional drug users are educated or semi-educated. They are able to study methods that beat drug test and given that they are working, they can afford to pay for drug cleansing products. There are several steps to pass your drug test. The first step is to buy a drug test kit to find out whether your fears are founded. If you have been indulging in drugs often enough you should start by taking cleansers that help in passing drug tests. One of the big myths about drug testing is that as long as the drugs stay in your system you cannot pass your drug test. The period is much longer than most users think but the key is to cleanse your urine in the short term. Detectable levels only last weeks for recreational users. Therefore it is easier to pass a urine test than a blood test. Mostly drug testing in the workplace uses the urine test kit since it is cheaper for the company. Some drug manufacturers are making profits from selling urine cleansing products. These products use diuretics and are marketed as detoxifiers. These are bought at a high price by users who are keen on passing drug tests. People may not know that these tactics have the same effect as simply taking lots of water. It is also much cheaper to take diuretics like coffee, aloe or cranberry juice. However it is a myth that these regular diuretics are enough to alter drug test results. A stronger diuretic such as the one used for PMS is more effective when taken with lots of water. This relatively cheap over the counter solution may be a factor in drug testing. To make matters worse, employees are now taking synthetic drugs like legal bud which is a reproduction of marijuana. Synthetic drugs bring up no results during drug testing.
